“My mother has never been here before. We were going through the drive thru, but she was overwhelmed. We went inside and were warmly greeted by the lady at the front. She noticed my mother having a hard time reading the menu board, so she handed her a menu. She was very patient and polite for it to be taking so long!The food, a fish dinner, she informed, was cooked to order. As we waited, we noticed a gentleman constantly cleaning and running orders outside for drive-thru. Come to find out that he was a manager! It was great to see management helping in all ways, not just giving orders! The food was definitely hot and good. We will be back.Parking: The business is inside a mall parking lot.“
“So I went back and gave it another shot. I grew up eating Shrimp Basket at various beaches, so at first I didn't think it was that special. I'm also not a seafood guy. But wow! I must've gone on a bad night because I was very happy with my meal, and I really enjoyed the vibe in there! It's a fun little place to hang out and get a good meal at a decent price. I forgot my server's name, but I remember that she was from Colorado. She was awesome! Super friendly, quick, and made me feel like family. “Our first time trying the food here. The burgers and fries were very good. I definitely would prefer if they had lettuce and tomato available.Our service for the most part was good But potentially lacking some attention But about 3/4 of the way through our meal we were greeted by Bryson who not only greeted each one of us But also took the time to say hi to my grandson who is 1. Bryson gave some of the best customer service that I have ever seen so much that I went back in to shake his hand and thank him.My advice would be to have everyone trained by Bryson and make his level of customer service the expectation.“
“We were surprised when we walked in, expected this to be a sit down restaurant. You go up and order at the counter in case anyone reading this expects the same.Food was good! We ordered the cheesesteak with fried okra along with their burger and fries. Both were a great for lunch. Food did take a bit to be delivered, but it tasted fresh. You could tell them cooked to order. Looking forward to going back“
“Is it the fanciest burger joint you've ever been to? No. Is it the best possible vibe you could ask for? Yes. The food is great, quantity for your order is great, service is extremely friendly. My order has never once been wrong and I've never been more satisfied with the amount of pickles on my burger. 10/10“
