Pretty sure I got food poisoning from their special honey BBQ Spud (11/11/2023).Felt like it was microwaved. Very few workers there but the one girl was very polite. Not sure why they don’t include the silverware, napkins, and straws when they bring food out to your table.It’s very strange this restaurant is almost always empty.
Very happy! I was shocked at how fast my food was ready, considering how busy they were- everyone was very sweet and helpful- place was clean and had a good atmosphere- I'll be back soon! Thanks, Mcalister's!

Grabbing lunch on our way through AL. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We experienced a couple of mistakes with our order, but they were promptly corrected and all was good.Hubby had the Spud Max and I had the Choose 2 (chili + veggie spud). Yummy lunch!
