We were a bit overwhelmed with our choices but the food was excellent! My husband got the Brisket Rueben & it was so tender & delicious. I loved the catfish strips, okra & the greens were the best! Not sweet & full of flavor

They have several signature items. The brisket quesadilla is wonderful and very hearty.The fried banana pudding is rich and decadent. The grits, greens, and pork plate is the perfect country meal. Fried green tomatoes are cooked perfectly-the tomatoes are still tart and not overcooked. The different styles of bbq sauce is a nice touch. I prefer a vinegar based sauce and my boyfriend does not. I ordered the Black Betty Grilled Cheese. The sandwich was packed with delicious, tender brisket snd melty cheese. The service is fast and friendly. It's a bit pricey, but post pandemic I can't blame restaurants for wanting to recoup any lost business.
