Brio has great food but terrible policies regarding service. Brio requires the bartenders to also provide table service. This week, we were the bartender's table and service was slooooooow because he had a bar full of thirsty customers. I finally asked another waiter to help us. The other waiter didn't want to because he knew it was the bartender's table. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. The bread they serve before your meal is wonderful. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The ambiance was nice. Our server was prompt and knowledgeable. The hostess was not very friendly, nor vocal. The house Pinot noir was good.

The service was really pleasant, especially considering I was their last diner of the night, just before 9pm. The table bread was much better than I'd have expected, and the mushroom ravioli was extremely good!
