I was actually here picking up food for someone else, so I cannot comment on the food quality. But I will comment on the lackluster staff that was there that day. I have a real problem with workers that do no acknowledge customers when they walk into their establishment, and unfortunately, this is becoming a trend in the post-covid business world.There were probably four or five workers in view when I walked in, and not one of them said hello, or welcome, or anything as I walked up to the counter. I initially walked up to the wrong end of the counter and stood there until a young man that was sweeping asked me, "are you here for something?" His tone wasn't rude, but that's a poorly worded statement to address to a customer. I responded to him that I was there to place an order, and he told me "you have to go to the other end," and no one was standing at that end. So I walk down there and waited. After about a minute and a half, another young man came and took my order as requested.I don't think that I would ever come back here of my own volition. Their food isn't exactly cheap, so their service shouldn't be the way it is.

Worse Chipotle I’ve ever ate,the rice was not cook well it was hard,literally the meat was so horrible cook,I had an online order,and for some reason they didn’t get it? The worker said she couldn’t find it in the system,but when the manager came she found it? The worker even seem like they didn’t care and was giving bad customer service.Food was bad and customer service was awful not even a 50/50.

every time we order from doordash they NEVER put our chips in. Tonight I ordered two things of chips and they didn't send any. It's even on the receipt that's ON THE BAG. So please find someone who can read and do an order right.

This used to be a terrible Chipotle- but wow! Now they've got it together. Maybe they have a new manager or District. It's been top tier old school Chipotle twice now in a week!!

I went around 8pm on a Friday night. They were out almost everything... I got the chicken bowl and she scooped the chicken with a sauce cup which wasn't even a serving of chicken so I asked for a little more and then they proceeded to charge me for extra chicken. Even after I questioned it they wouldn't take off the extra fee? I went home and weighed the chicken. It wasn't even 4 ounces.... $11.58 for nothing Honestly surprised this location is still open.

The Inmates are Running the Asylum. This store is always dirty with food on the floor, tables never cleaned and it smells like they have sewage backup or something. This time, they were out of most food and having to cook more but there was no one in charge. It looked like high school kids were the only people working.
I did a mobile online order from this restaurant this evening and my order was horrible. For one my side of guacamole was missing. I only got literally two pieces of steak and a scoop, if that, of rice, and the staff was not friendly at all, they have horrible attitudes. I should have checked my order before i pulled off, my mistake, because i would’ve made them make that bowl over.

Terrible service. No acknowledgment of customers walking in and barely looked up or spoke to me. Food was subpar for how good chipotle usually is. They treat customers like an inconvenience. Would never come back to this chipotle ever again.

The operation of this establishment is outright laughable. They are always out of food at any given time of day yet closing is at 10pm. Once I visited 45 mins prior to closing and they’d already taken up ALL of the food from the line. Not a single worker said anything as myself and other customers entered then turned around to exit in disappointment after being ignored and left without any explanation. Most recently I went for a bowl and they were out of brown rice, black beans, and who knows what else because that was enough to turn me around. It was 715pm and the worker didn’t offer any additional details other than, “we’re out”. We weren’t given the option to wait on the line items to be replenished and I’m pretty sure that no one in the building planned to replenish those items before closing. Piss poor experience EVERY SINGLE TIME.

i usually enjoy this location and the staff until today. i was going get a bowl today for lunch and the short old caucasian guy in there (idk his name) completely got an attitude with me because i wanted pico in my bowl and he was too lazy to just go back and get more pico, and it was understandable so i just told him i didn’t want the bowl and that i was sorry, and he got mad and said “SERIOUSLY AFTER I JUST MADE THIS” (which is was nothing but rice, beans and chicken…) like you didn’t do much but idk.. YOUR JOB? tf.. but he was like disrespectful and he needs to be fired. come to work with your attitude left at your front door of your house don’t bring it to work and put it on your customers, its disgusting and tasteless. i’ll never eat here again.
