Firehouse makes a great product, but they are super proud of their mess. I mean, a portion goes to FF so you don't feel so bad paying $11 for a sub, but still. A little nagging voice in the back of your mind is telling you to go to the grocery store and make your own for half that. Order ahead! Firehouse subs has got hot and cold subs that you can easily customize. A hoard of hot sauces is kinda their "thing" - before covid, there'd be about 100 bottles to choose from, now they still have 5 options in packets. This location always has great customer service and food, just seems a little understaffed during lunch. So obviously, they're doing things right!

As with so many large chains, it is sometimes hard to branch out and get them when you are craving it. But just like a few places, there is one specific thing at Firehouse that is really good.
