Rooms are nice, elevator is loud don’t get a room by it. EMPLOYEES G H E T T O and you can never get through to get the 50 put back on your card so hopefully your bank will just come through for you. Honest review.
Would NOT recommend this hotel. Where do we even begin? My girlfriend and I traveled 4 hours to arrive to a hotel that had cancelled our reservations a day after we had already confirmed. We booked through capital one who apparently never sent the payment over to the hotel. The management’s only response was a continuous “I understand” yet they wouldn’t put us in a room.
