Went to the zoo and spent nearly $145 then went to melt for lunch. The service was kinda slow and when we spent almost 100 dollers on food. didnt give a tip so the waiter followed me outside, yelling sarcastically saying. “Thanks for the tip”. Will not be coming to this melt again.-Huntsville is better

My sister and I had a lovely outdoor lunch date at this location. Jade was our server, and she did an excellent job! She was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. I tried the black bean burger with fries. As a vegetarian, it was one of the best black bean burgers I’ve ever had! The fries were great too! Our orders also came in a timely manner. This was an all around wonderful experience! We will definitely be coming back!

The food was quite nice. But for just under $30 (includes tip) I should be quite full. 1 beer, 1 sandwich and some fries...thats a big price tag for a very small amount of food.I should be adjusting my belt after eating $30 worth of food at a sandwich shop. That didn't happen at Melt.

I got the grilled cheese sandwich which was just that, plain white bread cheese sandwich. Nothing special. The fries were very good though. It was somewhat expensive for a plain grilled cheese sandwich. They even charged me extra for a couple pickles and Tomato.

We came and ate last night before a show. Our waiter was amazing!! I can’t remember his name, but he was a talk African American guy with two nose rings and tattoos! I just wanted to give a shout out to him for being awesome! Never had melt before but would definitely go again!

I have been sick so I could not go out. My wife was on the way home and stopped in the Mountain Brook location at 8:30 on a Friday night to grab a sandwich for me. One of the female workers was rude to her telling her they were closed..... at 8:30. The neon "OPEN" sign was even still on and their hours show 9:00. Needless to say we are both very disappointed by this.

So the menu is full of amazing options. My food (Mac and cheese patty melt or something) was amazing and the fries were too. My boyfriend said his chicken fingers were just ok. The service was a little slow, had to wait a while for the main dishes and the check. It was a little expensive like $65 for us two but that’s alright.
