It’s always amazing, the service it the best.
Love this place! Friendly staff and fast.
In ordering dinner for two elderly (73 & 74) customers, we ordered 2 appetizers (dim sung and lettuce wraps). Wanted pork dim sung but was told that was not available but I could get the shrimp version. Ordered it, but not really what I wanted. I then ordered a Ramen dish and was told because of Covid (?) no Ramen dishes were on the menu but recommended a rice noodles dish ( not really a good alternative). Ended up ordering the Mongolian Beef (it was very good). my w
Worse damn service in my 60 years. Meals came out a different times, I waited 40 min for my chicken pad Thai, what I got was tofu with a bunch of peanuts and 15 noodles. Slop - pure slop. Had to ask for everything, drinks, appetizers and even my meal. Manager David first response was we screwed up and had to refire. But it was cold. Would have had a picture but they took that sloppy mess quickly. Don't drive more than 1 min to this dump. We drove 1 1/2 hour to NOT get our food. Brought the check and said they would comp the pad thai. I told him he should, it was inedible.
Since I was a kid I have LOVED P. F Chang’s. Anytime my family would go through Birmingham, we would stop there for lunch. Yesterday I took my own son. My TWO- year- old very happily ate two vegetarian lettuce wraps for an appetizer and then when our entree came and he tried the chicken fried rice, he said, “It’s TOO good!” I have never had any complaints with P. F Chang’s and it remains my favorite restaurant after over a decade- and I think it’s safe to say my son loves it too!
Long wait (kind of expected) ... egg drop soup was excellent... loved the dragon tea ... wrong appetizer but the bang bang shrimp I got was good... orange chicken was very cool (not hot at all) unlike the fried rice with it (apparently very fresh)
Top notch customer service. Management visited my table which was a pleasant experience. I wish I remembered my servers name. She was pleasant . My food was as expected. Cleanliness was good. Will return. The sea bass was moist and delicious.Worth ordering again considering the price.
Had the veggie spring rolls, pork and shrimp dumplings as appetizers and the Chang's Spicy Chicken w/ Shrimp Lo Mein and everything was A M A Z I N G, including the service.
The hot and sour soup is always amazing, I wish I could make it at home.My beef and broccoli was good, my grandfather enjoyed his honey crisp shrimp, and my 4 yr old lived the noodles and rice ?
Awesome service, management and server. The experience we had was very outstanding.
Waited 10 minutes for someone to pick up to place order for pick up. Once someone did pick up they had to transfer me to the "carry out team". Carry out team never answered, so I walked in to place the order only to find the "carry out team" standing on the wall talking. The service at this location is horrible and the patio is almost never open.
Slow to get service your typical Chinese/Japanese appetizers were the best part
I ordered through uber eats I cant believe that the Asian food on the corner had better quality and better tasting food than this trash I'll never order from here again definitely got ripped off
Incredibly disappointing location. The male hostess was on a power trip. We had a large party and we came very early to avoid an issue. He said we had to wait an hour even though there was literally no customers in the restaurant, when we asked if they were busy he snapped (literally raised his voice) at us and said “you will wait because I said and because you are a large group and we have to prepare for you.” He made us wait the full hour all the while pointing towards our group and whispering, and when we were seated he had a smirk on his face.It is truly sad and frustrating that a person would find joy in making people miserable. Clearly there is a disconnect in the words customer service. Great job PF Chang on your excellent hiring skills
Our server Ken, aka Kenneth, was amazing. He made our experience extremely enjoyable. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was perfect. I gives 10 out of 10. If you dine here, ask for Ken. You will not regret it.
