Dirty place with not so fresh food. We have been to many paneras before and we love the brand but this location needs help and I’m not talking about understaffed, the strawberries in the salads looked old and soggy and the avocado was very black , they have a very nice place with very bad food.
There needs to be a Panera Bread on the East side (Roebuck to Pinson) of Birmingham, AL. Invest in the area. There are various buildings to place your business now. NOTE: Build it and they will come....example: Applebees.
Visited here the other day for the first time and the food was great and service was too. This location has a new worker and let me just tell you she is the sweetest! I believe her name was Lee, and she was so kind and got me everything I needed. Safe to say this was a great first time Panera experience for me. The only complaint I have is there was a man who I assume was training the new young lady and he was a little rude and had a slight attitude. I think his name was Jeff? But overall I would come here again it was delicious!
Very nice customer service from I think, Gillian! Extreme help from two workers. Food was great!
Gentleman behind counter was very pleasant and helpful to all the customers.
Just left, stopped in here 15min ago on a cross country road trip. Ordered Mac and cheese with a baguette, large chocolate latte, two bagels with cream cheese, and a spinach avocado egg white breakfast sandwich. $31+Opened the bag to find broccoli Mac and cheese, no baguette, no spoon. Can’t even eat it if I wanted to. Plus no avocado on the breakfast sandwich - which is why I picked it. With such a simple order - super disappointing to see how many things were messed up. Wasn’t busy in there at 8:15am and there were at least five people in the kitchen.Better luck to anyone else passing through. Going back isn’t an option.
Clean well run. The staff seems to care about running this business well and making sure that the customers are satisfied
Kinda small smoothie for almost 5 bucks at a chain. Tasty though
Went out of my way to get me so Panera soup and sandwich. Staying in a hotel, got there ready to get my soup up and no utensils. Great!!!!! Not in the mood to eat now. Thanks!!!!!!!! You would think when you get a to go order they would put napkins and utensils in the bag. I don't get by a Panera often but when I do I stop. I just this is why the location has only a 3 rating.
The flatbread pizza was delicious. wonderful customer service!! I will definitely come back to this location!!
This location is nice but a little small inside. The workers are nice.
Food is good but a bit pricey. Souffle is amazing. Sandwiches are very big in size..Coffee is terrible, mocha tasted more like chocolate milkshake.
Quick service all right food for the price.
Bought the new flat bread pizza. Very tasty with juicy roasted tomatoes. The cinnamon bagels were delicious. Missed my free birthday gift this year from Panera, red robin, ruby tuesday due to a middle finger infection I decided not the public's problem touching knobs even in glove. At 51 on the other side of life's hump Sat home alone and maybe even a little lonely that particular day which is unusual. I'm usually the shoulder others cry on and I know many are not like I am available to listen to much at all. Pan's era fry it up.
