I had never tried pho before, but my roommate told me that it's an absolute must have. I live in the neighborhood right behind Pho 280 and decided I would stop by and see what the hype was about. Ordered on the app, was told 15min to get ready. Go to pick up, walk inside and told to wait in my vehicle and they would bring it out. Waited for almost 40min in my vehicle and had to go inside to get my food and speed up the process. Not a really big deal because I understand with Covid going on, they were busy with online orders. The food made up for the wait anyway. The food for me and my daughter was excellent!!!
It's another level of exotic and fresh food. The condiment is rich in Vietnam 's customs. it gives the palate, incomparable flavors that are not so easy to find around the corner
