This place was amazing!! The vegetable samosas were an incredible appetizer, and this was some of the best Chicken Tikka Masala I’ve ever had. The service was really good here, and our waiter was extremely kind and genuine. Really enjoyed the experience!

My first time at this place was on yesterday me and my husband went. And never got served sat there for 20 minutes with not even water on the table. I went to get my phone out of the car and he stayed at the table, he then call me and say we are leaving don’t come back in they served a caucasian guy who came in way after us with water and took his order.. I already felt uncomfortable and was about to say something but when I left that incident made him feel even more uncomfortable. I will no longer go to this place they will not get any of my money worst first experience…

Absolutely love this food! While it doesn’t taste exactly like traditional Indian food, it’s really close. I go back and forth between dining in and ordering out, and the service is spectacular either way every time. I personally love the korma chicken and think it’s great for anyone either getting into or trying Indian food for the first time. Keep up the great work Silver Coin!
Delicious indian food, especially the chicken briyani (herbed rice and chicken), which had lots of wonderful indian spices. Really hit the spot. Service was okay, if not lacking a little bit of pep. Lots of indian decorations.

Silver Coin has been around forever. My review is long overdue. This is a neighborhood place ~ Hoover's jazz bands used to play here occasionally. They also used to have a fabulous lunch buffet ~ a pre-COVID delight that is now gone. So why give this place a try now? Wonderful Indian food. The staff likely knows way more about Indian food than you do, so if you're uncertain, ask for (and follow) their recommendations. We went with Chicken Tikka and Chicken Curry with Moderate Spices (You can go Mild, Moderate, or Spicy) and naan. So so so good! Food is served promptly and is quite enough to share. The rice is fragrant and the perfect complement to the spicier dishes. Yum. Yum. Yum! Decor is a little dated, but not enough to detract from your dining.
