Very busy coffee shop in a very nice section of BHam. There were a bunch of people working in here when I stopped by. Staff was nice and friendly. I ordered the Blue Russian latte. I would have liked more peppermint in it, but was still a solid choice.

This is my go to coffee shop, I love to stop here after I finish at Pepper Place market. I have tried the smoothies and the chai tea lattes. The iced chai tea latte is my go to. This coffee shop normally has a long line but they move very fast and it's never a long wait for your order. I have to try the food the next time I visit bc it looks pretty good. There is plenty of parking options, street parking or the parking lot. The prices for the coffee are reasonable. I would highly recommend trying this location the next time you need a caffeine fix

I have never eaten here but let me tell you. They did some good marketing 9-10 years ago with the Moms’ Night Out. Went down a rabbit hole to see where they filmed and found this! If i’m ever in the area i’m definitely going! Great place and a great movie!
I always enjoy stopping into Red Cat on the weekends (especially during Farmers Market Saturdays) - it's quite busy during that time, but service is always fast despite that, and the coffees and pastries are always well-prepared. Plenty of seating inside and outside combined to allow for a better chance to find one. Service is consistently polite. Def. a great morning spot for Joe lovers IMO.

It's a cool place with good coffee, great Panini and fresh side salad but the place has been filled with burnt toast smoke for at least 2 years. I can still smell my clothes this evening from my lunch. Those with smoke sensitivities should avoid until they find a way to vent the smoke.

I rented The Red Cat at Pepper Place for our rehearsal dinner. It was absolutely perfect. Mike (owner) was super easy to work with. All communication was by email. The space was exactly what we wanted. The bride wanted casual, intimate and fun. At the end of the evening she said it was perfect and she wouldn't change a thing. Tre Luna (HIGHLY recommend) was the caterer. Only one glitch...but it all worked out...the owner mistakingly put down the wrong date. But when I say that EVERYONE pivoted on a dime that is not an understatement. It all worked out. Don't hesitate to rent for your event (just make sure to triple check the date :) ).
