“Large proportions, DELICIOUS, seasoned food. Affordable prices. Good service. There's plenty of seating and is suitable for large groups to dine in. They also offer takeout. Parking is limited and fill up quickly. Also support a small business and bring cash ;)FOOD:Papusa Revuelta (4.5/5): The chicharrón was shredded small and evenly applied throughout. The ratio was about 1:1 chicharrón to cheese. The flavor, ahhhh the flavor was soooo good. Personally, I would have preferred my papusa to be toasted and filled more. As another reviewer mentioned, the papusas don't taste as good when it sits, so eat then while they're hot. I can't comment on the curtido bc I don't like curtido. Almost all the papusas were $2.50 each. Sopa de Mariscos con Crema (5/5): This soup has bluecrab, fish, imitation crab, shrimp, mussels and vegetables. We got it with cream & the crushed red pepper on the side. I was expecting small chunks of fish and a crab claw. Nah, y'all getting a whole experience! There was a whole filet of fish, lots of shrimp, and half of a bluecrab. This soup was so good and filling! Filete Pescado con Camarones (5/5): The breading on the shrimp and fish was well seasoned. The shoe string fries were fresh and crunchy. I've never had Salvadoran rice but I prefer it over the regular Spanish - it's lighter and fluffy.”
“I cannot say enough good things about the food and service at China House. Our food is always hot and delicious. The orders are always right. The sweet woman that takes our order is always so friendly. Do yourself a favor and order your next meal from China House!”
“Super great customer service, very friendly and welcoming. My husband and I each got a large bbq sandwich combo and the sandwiches were huge! Very good fries cooked fresh and the tea was great. Highly recommend The Panther Cafe.”
“Food is actually pretty good, service is better!!! The drinks are nice as well!!! Good place to stop and eat lunch or supper!!! Chicken nachos are my favorite, I just suggest they make their goat cheese just a little thicker and not so thinned out and diluted with milk... It makes the tortilla chips soft and soggy!!!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly environment!!!Wheelchair accessibility: Front door wheelchair access”
“Went through drive thru today, the cashier “ Connie” in drive thru taking orders is such a sweet heart greeted me with a smile, not rushing me or anything. Great customer service! She definitely needs a raise!”
“This is the best Jacks restaurant I’ve ever been to. Stopped this morning to get a steak biscuit, and both the biscuit and the steak were fresh cooked and delicious. The people who worked there were very friendly and helpful. This Jacks also has truck parking, and there were many truckers there (which is always a good indication of good food).Parking: Plenty of car parking and a large parking lot for trucks.”
“My husband and I stopped here on a whim and are SO happy that we did. The wine is delicious (we ended up buying a case!) and as a bonus, the resident cat, Mr Mittens, is absolutely adorable. We 10/10 recommend visiting!”
“This restaurant is not much to look at on the out side but don’t hesitate to go inside.A quaint little place, very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful with the menu. They have plates with lots of vegetables that are fresh made, not from a can. The pinto beans are wonderful and fried okra was cooked to perfection.Definitely get the bacon cheese burger, fat juicy hamburger topped with tons of bacon lettuce and tomatoes. Yum. One thing I will do next time is ask to skip the mustard and ketchup when they bring it out, only because it is so big I had to cut it in half to eat it. FYI: Put your condiments on after it is halved. The Baby bakers are little whole potatoes that are deep fried and are delicious! Like little baked potatoes. With some ranch dressing they melt in your mouth.I had to try the chocolate pie. Just like my grandmother use to make with three inches of homemade meringue browned on the top. This is real chocolate pie, nothing instant about it. If you like chocolate don’t pass on dessert, get the pie.We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The staff was over the top friendly, they even came out of the kitchen to visit. We will make the drive to eat here again.”
“The phrase homestyle cooking is lived up really well it just screams southern and whole i reccomend this place to anyone for lunch dinner or breakfast perfect little side of the road place especially for on the job lunch breaksParking: Not the biggest but will do for how small a location it pretty quaint but bearable no complaints from me and some really cool vehicles to spot to”
“Great small town eatery! Very friendly staff, the food could be a tad better though. The wing plate only had five wings, very odd number for a plate, literally. I liked the slawdog very much! My friends tender plate was a little sad, the tenders were pretty small. I will be back ”
“This stores is so cute and lots to look at! The lady working behind the country is always so sweet and I love how many different things they have from old fashion candies and cokes to paw print tumblers which I want one so bad haha!”
“Limon's has a small town, family owned feel. Food selection is broad and, like most places, service level depends on how busy it is. Atmosphere feels festive, yet quaint. I didn't have any experiences that would question cleanliness.”
“You can't beat their chopped pork sandwich, I only visit when we deer hunt so I haven't had a chance to try their brisket but I'm looking forward to it.”
“The food is great. Awesome Mom and Pop joint, locally owned and run. The serving sizes are huge, the staff is great, and the cleanest bathroom I have ever been in! The brisket is the bomb! Don't forget to try the homemade desserts. Love this place.”
“Had the steak. The one without the cheese. Was surprisingly good. And the side plate with the traditional Mexican delicacies like the mashed bean, salad, avocado was in perfect harmony.”
“The food was AMAZING!!!! Turnip greens tasted just like my granny's. The smoked chicken was out of this world. Will definitely be back and will recommend to anyone looking for good down home BBQ.”
“It was really really delicious food for a great price. I will be returning and I can't wait to try some different stuff. Hands down I found a diamond in the ruff.”
“Enjoyed a Saturday afternoon meal here with my family. All the food was great except the French fries. Started with the blooming onion then we ordered catfish, country fried steak, wings, BBQ sandwich, and a BBQ plate. We will definitely return here the next time we are in Dogtown.”
“Loved being able to sit at a table next to the window and look out at the water. It was winter or we would have sat outside, which would have been great. Our sandwiches were excellent and we will definitely return when we are in the area again.”
“It is a great place to eat. The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. They have live music every once in a while with Double Portion. The band rocks it and needs to be there more.”
“We haven't had Subway all that much within the past 5 years or so. Weeks back we decided to grab some samiches and take home. We live less than 3 miles from there. Both were very, very good. The employees make you feel quite welcome and do all they can to ensure all is ok before leaving. Only fault I have with any Subway is they don't offer any sort of discount for the military. I've noticed many establishments are like that, but some say, if you come on Veterans Day, we'll give a 10% discount. WOW, once a year.”
“I just ate the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. I have no idea what just happened there, it was pretty traditional, but it blew my mind. It was some tlc magic touch or something but wow it was good”
