Going to this Wendy's was a snap decision while doing a roadtrip. We never looked at the ratings it had (2 star) as we pulled up to order. Then we saw the menu was for breakfast at 1:45pm and at that moment the friendly Wendy's employee said something about coming out to change the menu over. My immediate thought was: "wait, are we the first customer for lunch?" and I pulled out my phone to check the ratings with Yelp. As soon as I pulled into the drive thru I was told to come inside. I came inside to order to find 3 people working and a lot of people waiting on food. If the drive thru is closed, please put a sign up and don't blame it on being understaffed. This is on management.
