Order taken followed by a long wait. Did not get all items ordered and paid for initially. There was a steady stream of folks coming to the counter from the dining area and drive through with issues with their orders.

Went through the DT around 11:50 am on Fri, 2/9/24. I ordered a Whopper Jr. w/Cheese and a small cup of water, the cost was $7.61 (I believe, no receipt was provided, but it was over $7.00). When I got to the window, I asked, "Is that the price for just the Whopper Jr.?" The lady at the window (lots of tats, doing a great job), presumably the manager, said, "Yes, plus $0.39 for the cup of water." I was flabbergasted at the price. Went through drive thru, so once I got up to the speaker to tell my order had to shut my truck off due to it being a diesel. The guy gets on the com and says his greetings in the the worst manor ever. Then doesn't give me a chance to respond and asks hello with a bad attitude. I'm sorry but this worker needs training on his customer service skills. Cause that's not how you treat someone that is buying food.
