There were 4 of us for lunch today. The first 2 in our party got the dinner roll. Myself and the other person did not get our bread with our meal. I asked cashier and he was not able to give me one. He kept referring me back to the lady who took our order. She was very busy.I was not asking for ribs, etc.Just the dinner bread that we did not get. No big deal! Just writing this to let them know that the customer service is lacking.My frist time eating there.Great first impression.
Had lunch here yesterday The 2 behind the counter walked me through the menu . Ended up getting the brisket plate with Mac n cheese and coleslawBack for lunch today had the rib plate deal of the day with potato salad and coleslaw . Our standing ?:rd time is a charm still great food and service

Kailey was super friendly an all around really helpful! Being from Kansas City and knowing good BBQ, everytime I’ve been to this dickeys it’s been quality. I am a big fan of the sweet bbq sauce! Never have to wait long at all either! And 20$ for two people!
