The manager helped me with an issue I had with my zaxby's account, and really went above and beyond to help out. I've eaten Zaxby's for years and always enjoy the tenders with their tongue torch sauce. There is always enough seating and the space is clean. I highly recommend eating here!
Zaxby's is a great chicken chain with a solid product. Customer service at this location was good, but bathrooms needed attention. Soap was completely out in the men's restroom and when the staff was told they thought there was still no dispenser due to the previous one being stolen, apparently. Overall, very good, and it wasn't freezing, as most Zaxby's tend to be.

Very clean. My order was taken and quickly prepared. I got the grilled chicken salad. Two dressings weren't enough for me so I asked for two more and they were given (I was prepared to pay but didn't have to). The young lady who took my order smiled the entire time. Excellent service in every way. I most definitely will return again.
