So much nicer than the beltline location. Whereas that location, being closer, will never see my bussiness over this lovely experience comparatively. The staff wants to work and enjoys it and it is just so wonderful to see them enjoying the company of the staff and customers alike.
I went to the drive thru because the lobby was already closed. I ordered my burgers without tomatoes, and they put tomatoes on them anyway. I had to wait at the first window while my food was being prepped...which was really weird. Nothing was right. The drinks I ordered were wrong. The fries weren't crispy, and the burgers were almost cold. Your night crew really needs to pay attention to detail, and the restaurant's standards. Hadn't had fast food in ages. Friend was visiting and we decided we wanted a whopper and a chicken sandwich. Those have always been my go to. Food was good, and the service was quick and the employees friendly. I'd heard some bad things about this BK but I had a good experience.
