Now I like my chicken as much as the next gal, but I just don’t think those workers should be sitting in a box in 19 degree weather with no dang heater. Those young ladies fingers were about to fall off with how cold they were. And I appreciate them showing up and doing what they do for the customer, but as a customer I just don’t feel it’s right for them to be in this kind of weather. Usually I don't rate corporate stores anything above a three stars out of five but Chick-fil-A is something that's a bit different than everyone else they've decided to do things a little differently not a lot differently but a little bit differently and in doing so they've set themselves apart it's very hard to get a corporate store to get above three stars but to be real honest with you they deserve four bordering on five they're atmosphere is amazing their food is absolutely...read full review

Placed an app order and I mistakenly went to the wrong chic fila restaurant.When I realized my problem I asked if they could fill my order at the current restaurant and they said Not a problem, they would call the other restaurant and cancel that order and fill the order at their restaurant.That was very nice and excellent customer service!
