I was absolutely surprised at the sincere welcoming of the entire staff when I arrived. A gentleman named Blake greeted me and asked how my day was and looked forward to making my experience one to remember. His manager Deena took over the ordering and she made helpful suggestions and honestly at a time when it's so hard to receive good service with prices so high I was treated as if they genuinely wanted me to enjoy my food and the visit there. My only complaint this time is their misleading advertising on their commercial. It shows the tailgate box as cheeseburgers (10 for $9.99), but if you actually want cheese, you have to pay extra.
