Service is horrible! Been waiting 20 minutes and counting for food! My damn drink taste like dish liquid ! If you got other things planned to do, do not stop here! This is beyond ridiculous! Great food, is often a goto, went today, and nobody would answer the call box for almost 5 minutes. We pull up to the window and see people inside on the other side, and they come walking rapidly to the window and say it didn't notify them and it says 'shortage' . A car pulls up behind us, it beeps and they take their order after we order. They then tell us to pull around to the online order window to pick up our food so they can handle the vehicle behind us. The person at the window was cussing and being very unprofessional and unfriendly. The food came out quickly and the fries were hot and fresh but the chicken on the sandwich was so hard I couldn't eat as it was either overcooked or old. The chicken bites in the box were almost nonexistant and the box was filled with mostly fries. I asked for ketchup and Napkins and didn't get either.
