Was wonderful!! Customer Service was great!! I got the 3tenders cole slaw n large drink was veryyyy great!! I'm not really a cole slaw eater but it had too much mayonnaise to me but maybe that's how cole slaw is idk!! But change that up and yall are winning!!Kid-friendliness: Great food for kids!!
We use to eat here a couple times a week for breakfast and lunch at our work and sometimes take home for supper but the last couple of times for breakfast we order big blts only to find out they have no tomatoes.they need to improve the cold mocha coffee as it taste like chocolate milk no coffee taste at all. I'm an Uber driver and I was picking up a customers order the member of the jacks team named Brittany was there with a man who was deaf she was very patient waiting for him to write down his order so he could pay. At no time at all did she act like it was a waste of her time she was smiling at him the whole time. That is what true customer service looks like and I hope Brittany never loses that quality because that kind of service keeps customers coming back.
