I got a dipped cone and it was amazing! But, that's normally all I get when I got to DQ. The cashier was a little rude and refused to smile which made the atmosphere really awkward and unconfortable.
Food is great. Especially if you're a ranch lover. For some reason they have crazy stadium lights to blind you when you come up. They also take their time. So expect to wait. Food has never been an issue.

The attitude from the drive through! I provided the employee with excellent customer service even though I was the customer. I said thank you, smiled, thanked her for my order, told her to have a nice day too! She didn’t say anything to me AT ALL!! So rude! She didn’t even ask if I was finished ordering at the speaker , just blurted out my total. Honestly kindness goes a long way.
