The first time eating here, it started out pretty good with warm chips and good salsa. The waiter took my order and that was the last time I saw him. They brought my plate to the table and didn't even ask if I needed anything else. My plate was all one dish, no division between the food, a soupy mess. I believe I've rated El Mexicano before and rated them 5 stars for their Food, Service and Atmosphere. However yesterday was a complete turnaround from 5 to a 3 in the food category. It should have been a (2.5) rating.To be fair I should let you know it was near 3:PM when we arrived. And I'm sure the cook's were very tired or there was a shift change taking place while they were preparing our 2 beef burritos lunch special.
