We ordered 2 shrimp dinners tonight for an easy supper. A great decision. (The shrimp are large, no small ones, fried perfectly, and they were delicious. By the way, I am very picky. The hush puppies were good, not out of this world, but very good. I wish they were a little bit "lighter" in texture but, again, they were good. I liked the Ken's tartar sauce and cocktail sauce.
Delicious but think the portion size was a bit small. Got the fried pickles appetizer and a bowl of gumbo (comes with rice) to go. Maybe put the rice in a different container and then fill the gumbo one all the way up? Anyways could just think this because it was absolutely scrumptious and I wanted more. Doesn't look like a place you would want to stop at, BUT the shrimp was delicious. I would not recommend the salad. It was a little wilted and the dressing looked like it had sat out to long. Service was very fast a kind. Would recommend.
