We visited on a Friday afternoon around 4:45 so it wasn't crowded. I ordered ribs and mac and cheese. My daughter ordered smoked chicken and ribs. One thing I really liked was that your drink can be a side. My ribs were so tender and I thought the sauce was just right with a great balance of sweet and tangy. Also note that these ribs are spareribs and they were huge! I can usually handle a half rack of babybacks, but these beat me! My daughter said her chicken was tasty, especially with the white BBQ sauce. We both couldn't get enough of the mac and cheese. It wasn't dry, which is what I have found at so many BBQ places. I could have made a meal out of just that if it wasn't for those ribs! The service was speedy and the staff was so friendly. I would definitely eat here again.
Door Dash order: I ordered 10 wings, coleslaw and potato salad. Underwhelmed is what comes to mind. The slaw was pure vinegar, the potato salad was just weird. The wings were dry. The worst is, they sent this door dash order out with zero napkins and no silverware. How do you expect your customers to eat it?

I understand tonight is the Florence Christmas Parade and the restaurant was busy. I placed an online order and it said 30-35 minutes that was at 6:21p. The Boys in there From Florence High School about 8:05p were absolutely horrible inside the restaurant and throwing food. Yes, I got on them. We finally got our food at 8:07p. So the wait time on the Internet was way way off. The staff was not even nice to us.

I was kind of disappointed, I had purchased and gives certificate from my grandson for a butt roast which he was selling for a fun razor for school. Obama arrival as stood in front of the register for 5 minutes before I was even greeted and 3. Workers walking right past me. The young lady who finally came out. Tell me that you gentlemen had to box my order up. And then he would give it to me that I got either have a ceter's then there. I chose to have a seat. I watch this gentleman without gloves, pick app the meat slap in a box, slap aluminum foil on it and then slamming it down on the counter as if I was a bother to him. What is wrong with today's generation? Does he not know that every time that door opens? It means said it's the reason he still has a job. Hopefully, the food is better than the service that I got.

3 stars only because the Turkey was really good. Ribs were very chewy, coleslaw was not good. I paid for bacon on my potato and didn’t get any. I ordered online and the woman at the cash register was very rude to me, making me wait several times before allowing me to take my food for no apparent reason. They did not give me any napkins or plastic ware for a to go order. Disappointing.

I got food poisoning from undercooked chicken and threw up 6 times. I’ve eaten here before and it’s been good, but last night I went and got the smoked chicken, Mac and cheese, and potato salad and it tasted fine, until I threw it back up at 5:00am.

You get within just a few blocks of this place and you will start smelling the BBQ being smoked. We had the pulled pork and 1/2 order of a full chicken with a couple of sides. We split the meal with two drinks for a total cost of around $20. It’s a walk up style ordering system when you go inside then they bring you the food. There is seating outside where we sat and enjoyed the music playing on the street. Food was excellent and the order takers at the counter are willing to explain their product to you. Our sides were mustard slaw and maple green beans. Great tasting

Excellant service and the food is very different which is great. There was several of us....from the nachos...baked potatoe.....and chicken strips. No leftovers!!
Love the atmosphere and the service is always decent. Wings sometimes are hit or miss. They are smoked then fried, there is a science and sometimes, that science fails. Just a little too long in the fryer, you get dry, hard to chew wings.Most of the time they nail it and we will still return ?

Great food, really friendly employees, my suggestion if you choose to eat here would be to get something loaded, they have a few great options of pork skins, fries, tater tots and nachos!

The blonde kid with the short hair deserves a raise. I witnessed an older couple yelling at him over nothing (a sauce dispute) and he handled it perfectly! Great service from that kid as well! Wonderful staff, good food, 10/10 will eat here again! Update: went back and learned the server’s name is Miles :)
