The views of the sunrise over the river in the rotating restaurant were amazing while enjoying a delicious breakfast buffet. The service was great and everyone was very friendly, from the cooks to the servers and even security.Parking: Parking available at base of tower beside the spa.

Do not recommend the holiday buffet specials they offer. We went for the Thanksgiving buffet because it sounded wonderful. The elevators stopped working on the way up and we were trapped. They didn't have any one manning the emergency call line which doesn't seem right. After about 45 minutes and several calls to the hotel front desk, the elevator started working again and we finally got to sit down for dinner. As soon as we sat down, the hostess informed us that we needed to get our food pretty quickly because they needed to start pulling all the food due to safety protocols. We took one quick trip around the buffet and apparently they had already stopped the heaters because all the food I took - turkey, prime rib, mac and cheese and one other side dish I can't remember - were all cold. It was terrible. I didn't eat much of what was on my plate. I found some bread and cheese to eat and I had a dessert, but that was all we were able to get because they were shutting down. They were literally stacking chairs and vacuuming around us. After that, I called and talked with a manager who was very kind and said she was going to send us a gift card or something to come back and give them another chance, and she too never followed up with us. Just all around disappointing.

We went during lunch to try the place out. While the atmosphere and experience is unique. The food was disappointing and unsatisfactory. We had the rosemary truffle frys and they were so over seasoned my husband and kids couldn't eat them even with catchup. The chicken tenders they have are dense and as well strongly flavored. I had the lunch salmon on a bed of goat cheese grits, while it came with a free hair the dish it self was delicious with a squeeze of lemon and pinch of salt. I did not mention the hair I just removed it and ate my food I did however state the frys were way over seasoned and she apologized and that was it we payed and went on our way wouldn not go back for the food

Hostess and bartender were amazing! Once we got to our table, though, our sever was not very personable. Our tab for three ended up being over $400 after tip, and I honestly don't believe the service was worthy of the 20% tip we left, but as a former server, I cannot bring myself to tip less unless something awful happens. He didn't make it an “experience,” didn't have much personality, and was very forgetful of small things (my daughter asked for a straw three times). If a table orders a $150 bottle of wine off the bat, get it together and give them great service! Oh well.... Food was delicious.

The magic of dinner in a revolving restaurant, so romantic! Our waiter, Daniel, was attentive and professional. The restaurant provided a little sample of their salmon for us to try shortly after arriving, and it was excellent. Our meal was delicious, creative and enjoyable. The wedge salad, and short ribs entree was abundant and allowed us to share. Overall, very nice experience that we will repeat again.

Beautiful views, good food, and tranquil atmosphere. This was our second visit to the restaurant and we were not disappointed.

We went on a Sunday at 1:00. Unfortunately, we were not able to order off their lunch menu. They ONLY offered a breakfast/lunch buffet with emphasis on breakfast items. Flavorless quiche, warm lettuce for salads, many entrees room temp. vs. hot, inedible french toast, etc. We were very disappointed that we couldn't order off their regular lunch menu. So beware that if you go on Sunday you will be "stuck" with their buffet. The ambience and views are lovely...And we had a lovely server as well. We will try again sometime when the landscape is green, around sunset, to check out the lights after dark as well.

Very disappointing. We had reservations for 7:30. We were seated on time, but it was almost 10 before our main course was served. We just took the dessert to go. We ordered the valentines price fix. Our salads were brought out wrong. My chicken meal appeared to have been under the heat lamp for a long time and was not edible. Would not recommend at any price.

The appetizers, entrees, and side dishes were all delicious. The crab cake, strip steak, cauliflower, and truffle mashed potatoes were particularly noteworthy. The view and ambiance were spectacular. The service was first rate as well. The only negative to our entire dinner experience was dessert. The banana pudding was good, but we couldn't find the caramel sauce listed in the description, which would have made it more decadent and less plain. The crème brûlée was... not great. I'm not quite sure what was wrong with it, but it just wasn't as rich, cold, creamy, and vanilla-y as the ones we're used to at other restaurants, and there was a lot of liquid (like water) on the surface, which was weird. Overall, would definitely dine here again!

Service was good but both beef entrees were quite over cooked. We generally wouldn't send food back, we'd just not return to the restaurant in the future. But a filet at $52.00 was over the top. Waitress was apologetic and said they would redo our order and we received it after about 20-25 minutes. It was over cooked again! Not a hint of rareness, it was almost burned. Live and learn. There are many good restaurants in the area I'd try before eating here.

Overall the experience was very enjoyable. We arrived earlier than expected and they were able to seat us right away. We were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery and sunset. The service was exceptional. The food (as each person was asked to comment) was well prepared and tasty. We realized that we would pay extra for the lovely experience but felt that the catch of the day was overpriced for the value received.

My husband and I had a fantastic time celebrating his birthday at 360 Grille. We loved the atmosphere and the food. Overall, it is a little pricey, but I will be going back for special occasions.
