Went here on a Sunday. There was a wait for hibachi but not for regular tables. Enjoyed the shrimp tempura sushi. They had great lunch specials! Service was good. Only concern was the health rating, which was in the low 80s.
We thought the wait would be long due to the crowd outside. If you are not doing the Hibachi grill cooking, then you go right by those waiting. This turned out to be a great idea as the sushi and tempura was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was no delay in getting our meal and refills. I was surprised that the food quality exceeded the price. We will definitely eat here again if we make it back to Florence.

This was my 2nd time to eat here. The first time was much better. This time wasn’t bad- just didn’t hit the flavor notes the other time did. Chef was entertaining, staff friendly, restrooms clean.
