I ordered online and selected a curbside pickup. I arrived and waited for the text that my order was ready. I received a text and I immediately texted back. After waiting 20 minutes I go inside to ask about my order. I then had to wait another 5 minutes for someone. She asks the name on the order then finally gives me my order and is unapologetic about it. Food was barely warm. I'm not going back. I don't recommend. Overpriced and bad service

Sorry to say, but I was not happy this last time I came in. The rice was just plain white rice. It wasn't your seasoned rice, and half of my chicken was done all the way. I will be back to try again. I do like you guys.

Decent staff, but the food and drinks were extremely underwhelming.EXTREMELY!We ordered the special, the steak/shrimp&rice/bkd potato that was featured.The one that's on the flip menu, backed by a country musician, with his picture on it and all, (can't remember his name) So, we're thinking for the price, it would reflect the picture. Nope. It was really bad. REALLY bad..The steak was tough and awful dry, the bed of rice was a no show all together! lolIt was supposed to be a shrimp skewer on a bed of rice, but it was just charcoal rubbery shrimp on nothing, we paid for rice and didn't get it lol. The baked potato was supposed to be a sweet potato, but they weren't available, and that was honestly ok, things happen, But the rest was unacceptable!My other two guests ordered fish, I kid you not, when they brought these plates out I 100% thought they accidentally ordered a KIDS MEAL! It was embarrassing!Embarrassing bc I recommended Logan's.The margaritas weren't tequila lol they were literally soooo watered down, my dog could've drank them..I hate complaining, and that's the reason why we asked for the check, still tipped our waitress (she was great) and promptly left without causing a scene, or complaining. Logan's isn't the Logan's it once was in the years past. And, for 120+ bucks that we spent. We were all highly disappointed. So, if you're going out once in a blue moon like we do, don't spend a dime here.I absolutely mean that. It's atrocious.

We went to this Logan's on 2/18/24 and my husband ordered a burger and he told them to cook it extra well done they brought him a non well done burger after he eat a few bites of it he notice it was pink in the middle now he is off work about dead with food poisioning from eating raw hamburger

The waitresses Caitlyn and Maddie were absolutely great. I will most definitely be asking for ither one of them when I go back. Thanks for a great meal and ice cold beer.
Won’t be back here for awhile. We came in around 730 and were surprised that it was as crowded as it was, but we were happy to wait for a table. It was just two of us and the wait was right in line with what we were told (25-30 minutes).We sat down and talked for just a couple minutes. Who I can only assume was supposed to be our waitress told us she would be with us in just a minute. No problem. They’re busy.After about 10 minutes another waitress comes by having noticed that we still have no drinks. She offers to bring some waters and put in our drinks. She said she let our waitress know that she put them in. No problem. They’re busy.Nearly 15 more minutes goes by and we have not seen our waitress or our drinks. So we decide we’ll get up and leave. We stop to let the hostess know the situation. We just want to make sure she doesn’t sit someone else in that section because clearly…they are over seating and stretched thin.She simply says “ok” and looks right back down at her iPad. Not an apology or thanking us for letting her know. Very disappointing experience for us. By then it was also too late for us to go to a nice dinner.

It's been quite some time since I've been to a Logan's restaurant.My family and I stopped by for dinner yesterday evening. The peanuts must be a thing of the past because there was none in sight.The restaurant was pretty empty, but we had to wait to be seated because it was during shift change.The restaurant was clean. The menu wasn't as extensive as I remember.I ordered the 6 oz sirloin (well done), loaded baked potato, and ceasar salad.I had to remind the waitress that I ordered a salad. It was served after my steak and potato. My steak was definitely not well done, but it was very flavorful. It was good, so there were no complaints from me, but some parts of the steak would definitely be a little too pink for others who ordered well done.My daughter was disappointed that the second batch of rolls didn't have butter on top.Overall, it was a nice meal.

A grey steak cooked like way too long for medium. A beef patty that was supposed to be a 12 oz chopped steak look like it came off a McDonald's grill and slapped on the. Never had a manager come over the young lady took it off the bill but it was the literally the worst food I had ever seen.
