I just wasn't impressed with the food. I got the firecracker chicken with fied rice and spring rolls. I didnt think the sauce for the chicken was right the fried rice wasn't done and the spring rolls tasted store bought. The people were very friendly and nice

The orange chicken made my mouth salivate in almost sensual way. It made my toes curl and made me try to suppress a Moan. Life changing, better than any Chinese food I’ve had in CHINA! My server Reed was Was very fast and helpful! Arigato Panda Express ??!

On Jan 27, 2024, at 1:53 PM, we went to Panda Express #2871, in Florence, Alabama, and bought a Family Meal. My husband paid $64.39, Order: 201172. We had fried rice, (he even bought additional fried rice), the Honey Walnut Shrimp was good, the Black Pepper Steak and Beijing Beef, the meat was good but the carrots were raw, and the broccoli stalk were tough, you have to cut the stuck, the 4 Spring Rolls were good. On the Black Pepper Steak, they filled up the box, but on the Beijing Beef it was not filled up. You can see the big difference when you open the boxes. My husband was not watching while they prepare our order, he just set on one of the chair. For so many years since they open in Florence, Alabama we always go there and buy Family Meal for take out. We stop going there I think by August or September of last year, I got tired of the food. But last Saturday I said I'n ready to eat Panda Express food again. So we went back there got our order and when we got home, we were not happy with the food. A lot of changes. We should have tried the fried rice before we order, but I was assuming the food was great, like it was used to. We won't be back there again.

I travel a lot and have always enjoyed Panda Express for a quick dinner. I went into the one in Florence Alabama at 8:15 and they were completely out of everything. I asked the team working if they were closed and they said they shut the kitchen down at 7:00. This is ridiculous, you should be able to serve your customers until 9:00 if that’s the time you close. It looked like they were all cleaning up and getting ready to leave. I would not be happy if I was the owner. I don’t expect it to change because I read some reviews of others having the same experience.

This is absolutely the worst Panda Express experience I have ever had. I travel around the country, and fell in love with Panda Express last year. I have never had less than a 4 star experience at any location until this one in Florence.The customer service was lacking, and I had to repeat myself three to four times with various answers. But the food was the worst! The chow mein noodles had absolutely no cabbage in it, and most of the noodles were cold, with several noodles hardened as though having set out for hours to dry out. There were HARD clumps of rice in the fried rice. More than half of the orange chicken tasted hard and stale, and the same for the teriyaki chicken, with the addition of it looking and tasting undercooked.What makes this experience even worse is that I came with my mom, wanting her to experience the great food, since she had never tried it, and she had the same reactions as I. So not only did it disappoint me, this location gave my mom a negative experience associated with this brand. And she paid for both our meals, so I felt obligated putvof guilt to repay her because the good was so bad!!It is unfortunate, given how much I love Panda Express, that when I visit my mother, I will have no location to take her too for her to know how delicious it normally is supposed to be. I normally wipe my plate clean, but it was so bad, you can see by the picture attached how much I left uneaten when I felt disgusted and threw the rest away!

Went to Panda Express in Florence Al last night at 8pm , they don't close til 9, they didn't have hardly any food, a spoonful of fried rice and sticky white rice. We went ahead and got what we could but it wasn't good and the food use to be good, the employees started cleaning all around me and my sister, at 8.25 they had all the chairs put up except ours , so we figured we should get up and go, won't go back , for 26.06 total cost WOW

Orange chicken was excellant! Sesame was really only got a couple pieces, mostly vegetables. It was a take out order, so I didn't know until I got home....chow mein noodles was semi warm.

omm, this place sucks. they will rush you and then get mad when you take like five seconds to order. the rice is always never done, still hard in the middle. the outside menu is going through a midlife crisis and doesn’t understand why. EVERYTHING is always never cooked or out. it can be the most ordered thing, still out. then they tell you some random time it’ll be done that’s different like every time. “it’s made fresh!!1!” ok why does it take randomly changing increments to cook some bagged beef. if you go inside they will just say over and over “can i get you anything!!!” nonstop even if you say yea gimme a second. jerome there’s no one in the lobby and i see your homie doing drive why are you trying to get me in and out. im trying to understand what a beef and broccoli is while i’m steamed myself.Wheelchair accessibility: it sucks. their handicap thing on the door literally just tells you to hold it open. bathrooms suck for wheelchairs.

I was so disappointed in this place. The people were nice, but there were so many things wrong it was sad. The food was cold, my fiancé wanted coke to drink and both machines gave him pure carbonation, the tables were dirty - there was food even in the seats, trash can was overflowing. Will not be going back.
