I've eaten at Panera quite a bit over the years with friends and was sorely disappointed in my breakfast sandwich this morning. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Scrambled Egg Avocado sandwich. It comes on chibatta bread. The picture on the menu looks delicious. The sandwich I received looked nothing like the Panera Bread images. The sauce was only in the middle of a huge piece of bread as well as the tiny portion of chicken and even smaller portions of avocado. It was laughable and should of been called an egg sandwich with a smidge of chicken and avocado. The flavor of the sandwich was great. It was hot and tasty but mostly just egg and bread. Definitely not worth the almost $7.00 they charged me for. Panera Bread you can definitely do better.

Food flavor was wonderful, prices are way to high for what you get.

Probably won’t be back there for a while. $24 for a half a sandwich, small Mac n cheese, and a small drink. Then when I hit ‘no tip’ (I’m not tipping someone for taking my order), the cashier gave me a horrendous look. $24 for that and you clean up after yourself. No ma’am, I’m not tipping you for just standing there.

I really used to like Panara, but everytime we have gone to this one in Florence, the 'trying to be trendy manager' has a table claimed, where he comes and goes sipping coffee, there is next to no-one in the place, yet floors, tables, and booths are dirty and sticky. I mentioned it to the manager on the way out one time and he said, "thanks I'll take care of that" yet nothing ever changed.I have also had some pretty rude staff when I've tried the drive thru.

Rude lady at register. Bathrooms look like they haven't been serviced in days. The muffins were good. I got soup and it was so hot couldn't eat...microwaved. It was 9:37am so why tell me can have it if not edible.

They are ALWAYS out of something. How are there no bagels on a Saturday morning before 10 am?? The wait in the drive thru line is ridiculous. It’s so inconvenient.Trying to get food or service here is a total waste of time.

I joined the strip club so I am through the drive-thru often and just wanted to praise at least one of the workers Jasmine since she always has an exceptional upbeat personality and is very helpful and courteous. Since there seems to be so much bad customer service these days I wanted to take the time to acknowledge excellent service and of course it always makes your day better when people are nice so thanks again Jasmine! Keep doing what you're doing!

Extremely friendly staff and great place to enjoy a good light meal. Love the Sip Club and the ease of the drive thru.

It was very dirty and the workers were just texting and not doing anything. They seemed annoyed that I asked a question about a drink I ordered.

Ate lunch there today. I asked if I could have whole grain bread instead of the banquette. Depending on whose working, sometimes they say a flat no. But today the cashier said yes. But, lo and behold, they were out of it. She offered me a roll. When I got my food my "roll" was a hamburger bun. I went back up and she swapped it for a banquette but was condesending about it. I will never understand why 20 somethings think it is o.k. to talk down to people old enough to be their grand parents!I love the food at Panera even if it is a little overpriced for the portions. So, I keep going.
