Service is excellent. The food however is absolutely DISGUSTING. The beans and rice are trash just absolute trash. I'm so surprised people like this place. The salsa and cheese dip worst I've ever had. I do not see the hype about this place. It was a complete waste of money.

Rosie's is missing the authentic taste of Mexican food. The salsa has a sweet taste and the cheese has a nacho flavor. The rice is not ideal for Mexican authenticity. This restaurant would be equivalent to at home Mexican food... which would probably be better. The flavor is missing on every plate. The service is outstanding and the staff is kind. The environment is very welcoming and comfortable. As a frequent Mexican food eater I do not recommend.

The food is good here but it's overpriced and not as good as some of the other Mexican restaurants in the area. They do have the best refried beans in my opinion though. The free ice cream at the end of the meal is nice too! Service and atmosphere were both excellent!
