Went in with my WORKING Service dog. I order at the kiosk and was handed my cup and asked to wait on the patio or sidewalk to receive my food. No one else was eating or in the dining area. When I asked why the staff member told me because I had my dog. He did not ask me questions, and proceeded to say it was health dept rules. I asked to speak to a manager and none was on shift, so I spoke with the shift leader. Shift leader said he himself knows federal service animal laws. The employee was not properly trained. I asked if she was doing anything (my animal) to disrupt business or that showed signs of not being properly trained. The gentleman said no and said she's trained very well. I asked if she was sniffing, barking or anything else other than standing right beside me (she had on appropriate harnesses etc). Again he said no.So I asked if they were asking everyone to receive food on patio or sidewalk. The answer was no.So my working service animal and myself aren't allowed inside to dine. They did not have a corporate number when I asked. When employee argued about what he said to me, I asked them to review their cameras because cameras don't lie.I wouldn't have stopped to eat there if my animal hadn't JUST alerted me while driving that my blood sugar was about to bottom out. I was sitting at 70 when I went in there.I took my food and ate in my car, since disabled individuals aren't welcome inside their premises. I won't done there again and I hope corporate retrains their employees on the importance of service animals for people with disabilities.

Cheaper than some fast food, but not great food. Service is sometimes good, and sometimes bad. If you want something quick, and easy, it's ok. You also had better check your food, going through drive-thru, because it's often wrong, or they forget something.

Today (11/27/23) was a FANTASTIC lunch. The food, Great! Service, Awesome! Price as always, amazing. I use this Taco Bell multiple times a week because they are consistently good but today just blew me away. Y’all at the Florence location are always AWESOME! (: Thank you.

They food was cold and it was messing when opening you meal. It was pourlying made. Wasn’t even hot. They was no napkins or anything in the bag. It was 4 of us in the car and we all hear screaming thru the drive thru intercom while ordering I won’t be coming back if this is how it going to bed.

First time at this location. This was my first time Ever receiving a bean burrito with barely any beans or filling in it!!!!! I don't even think it had any cheese or red sauce in it.....I was shocked when I got home and opened up the wrapper to find a tiny 1" wide Nothing!!!! Pathetic.... and to top it off, I ordered chips and cheese and didn't get my chips....only the cup of cheese. ?
