It should be rich with flavor, not heavy on sweetness, plenty of egg, lots of crushed peanuts, you know, small bites of juicy flavor. The chefs (owner?) refuse to make it juicy no matter how many times we've requested it. I usually have to ask for extra egg. At almost $20 for a plate of noodles, one would think they would accommodate. Just. Add. More. Sauce. Please.I love Massamon curry. It's ok here. It would be outstanding if added potatoes and more peanuts. I'm always asking for more peanuts.A few years back, they added french fries and sweet potato fries, both surprisingly good.This place could be outstanding, instead it's mediocre. This last visit convinced me to make the drive to Koi in Franklin more often. Honestly, I'm bummed as I enjoy a sitting outside with my wife in the warmer months eating their good but over priced spring rolls.“
