The lady that took my order was very rude. She was raking the girl that handed the order out the window over the coals. The young girl told her she needed another drink because that cup had a hole in the bottom of it, and the older lady said that she should have sent it out the window anyway.

Don’t go here at night, the staff is extremely rude. I don’t know what’s going on in their personal life but it’s obviously something pretty intense. We rarely ever eat fast food, but when we do would like to eat something that’s at least halfway decent. We were given cold, stale fries, and when we politely asked for them to be replaced, we were only met with bad attitude. They knew they gave us bad fries, when I walked in the door after going through the drive-through, they saw me and scooped up the rest of the fries and threw them in the trash, and dropped a fresh batch before I even asked. On a positive note, the guys in the drive-through were nice and the dude filling up the lemonade was nice. Included is a picture of the bacon on my double stack. About a 1” x 1/2” square.

Typical Wendy's. But the food is so dang good. The burgers are made fresh and the fries are hot and crispy. Ordering is automated inside which is clever and a plus we short staffed. They are efficient and serve fast. 2nd best tasting Wendy's I've had besides another in the Toronto Airport.

Whoever the manager and crew is at this Florence location on 10-26-2023 @ 8:30 pm….. EXCEPTIONAL! We had a fairly decent size order, order was taken, packed and handed to us in literally 3 minutes. Food was HOT, FRESH, and EXACTLY what we ordered with unbelievable great customer service and patience (cause my crew never knows what they want LOL) So much in so, I went back in to ask for a manager just to let them know! These days, its more common for people to post bad reviews and complain then it is to share a good experience! This is a crew that needs to be kept!

Drive thru lady was on her phone or something Leaning on the counter while ignoring drive thru customers and not handing out drinks or food. The line person was doing his job and hers while she was doing nothing. The whole drive thru was backed up all around the building. The line worker had a positive attitude considering.
