02.24.2024Busy Saturday, late afternoon. I was asked to pull into a parking spot and they would bring my food out. She told me that there is a few big orders before mine. I didn't get her name ,but she honestly said she didn't know how long it would take. (Much better than saying 5 min. and you wait 20) it really didn't take very long. The manager, Chris ,kept myself and the car beside me informed the whole time. Not just pull up and know nothing!!!!! He was so polite and cheerful....read full review
Whoever is the closing manager tonight is so rude and disrespectful to his employees. Especially the ones who are super sweet. His attitude to be adjusted. Because the way he talks to his team is so unprofessional and not okay. That needs to fixed some way asap.

Great customer service. The staff is really kind and helpful. My food was hot and delicious and came out in a timely manner! Marcel is an exceptional manager and represents the company well!!
