P.S. Taco Company - Foley

One thing is apparent, and it's that they are extremely understaffed. Im not sure if that's due to not having employees, or management, but there was 12 tables of people and 1 bartender/waitress, and 1 person making food who was also helping waitress. However the 2 people working there, were very pleasant, but you could tell they were stressed. No fault to them. The food was very affordable and delicious, but it did take an hour to get our food and we were the 2nd table seated.

Food was incredible as usual. Wait staff was doing the best he could. Probably better than most would handle it. But again, they were severely short staffed. It was Sunday lunch and one server was working the busy restaurant. He actually did good, but lunch took 2 hours for 2 orders of nachos. I don't know if this is a management issue or a pay issue, but it's every time we go there. I hope they can get this corrected before people stop going.

THIS IS FOR THE MONTGOMERY LOCATION We had no idea this place existed until we received a flier in the mail. They are in a strip mall next to our regular grocery store so we decided to give it a try on a Saturday night. We were the only ones in there about 7:30pm. The place was new, clean, bright and the staff was very friendly. They helped us choose our items and even chatted with us while the food was prepared.
