The manager there is great. But the guy that was in there the last couple days is a clown. Im a door dash driver, I walked in to get an order, which I was informed immediately was "coming out". The customer in front of me (sweet lady, had 52 hungry people waiting for her) had a large order and required 3 trips to her car. This Papa Johns is usually on point...but today they dropped the ball and threw my pepperoni pizzas together. When I asked the lady working what happened? She looked at me like whats the problem...Papa Johns Please do Better

Horrible out on hold for 20 minutes just for the lady to hang up then after being quoted 30-40 minutes only to call an hour later to find it was just being prepared. Absolutely ridiculous for the price and the customer service it's not worth it ?
