Food was very good. Better than expected. Service was slower but it was busier so won’t blame them for that. Atmosphere was okay nothing special about it. Overall it was a pleasant visitParking: There is are plenty of spots in front of the restaurant and several more on both sidesKid-friendliness: Staff is nice and they have a section so kids can buy toys and candy or drinks if wanted. There are also checkers so your kids can play as the parents eat
The food is okay but I warn against placing to go orders. The staff was slow to bring our food despite the restaurant being slow for a Thursday. The food was cold from sitting on a to-go order shelf (not under a food safe light), and missing items. I called letting them know I had arrived during my pick up window, waited an additional 20 minutes. I called again letting them know I am still waiting for our food. Food is definitely down from their usual s far as taste is concerned. Turnip greens were just so-so as were the pinto beans. Corn muffins were off as well, I usually leave CB very satisfied but this visit I wasn't.
