Customer service were teenagers who. Need extra training in work ethic. The food was over cooked almost burnt. The young lady went to hand me a soda with soda waisted all on outside of the cup. I asked could she clean the cup off before handing it to me. She did with an attitude. After pulling to the side of the parking lot to eat, I took a sip of my drink. It was flat or watered down. I can’t really comment on atmosphere because I went through the drive through. On a road trip and stopped here for a quick bite to eat. Alex G was our server and he was so kind and polite. Our order was missing an item so I walked in to let him know. He was quick to take care of it and make it right. It’s always nice to see a friendly face in an unfamiliar town. Bojangles biscuits is always one of my faves and Gardendale didn’t disappoint :)

I understand when it’s time for lunch but come on. The bottom part of my biscuit is so hard I could knock someone out with it. I can’t even eat it. The lady who took the order didn’t want to be at work by the way she was talking. The lady at the window didn’t say hey or thank you. And they gave us what tasted like a diet drink. Absolutely horrible. Not going back.
