Friendly Family Fun
Started when we sat down. Our table look like a kids play table and dirty. Restroom look like it hasn't been cleaned in 24 hrs. Server didn't put our appetizer order in. We got our main course and I ask about it and she said It didn't get put in. Then she put it in and 10 minutes later we was told they was out so we ordered something else. We got the check we didn't get the special price for the appetizer. She got it fix when she after we told her. 10 minutes after we left, my wife had the runs.

Parker, our server was outstanding, and we called him spider man. Lol, we told the grandchildren that he was working undercover. When you need a quick date night this is the spot. The food is usually really good and the service is great. The only downside to this location is its age. It's a little grimy around the edges and is in need of a refresh on the inside that's the only real problem with it. It hasn't had a refresh since the early 2000's and the dining room is showing its age.

Been there 4 times ate once. Most of the time we stand there 20- 30 minutes and no sits us. Waiter walk by and don't say anything. I understand it's not their job to sit us. but a simple "some one will be with shortly " would go along way. We eat a great deal at the Trussville location never these issues.

Since my husband and I both are retired military, we decided to go for their Veterans day free meal. We both ordered the 6oz filet with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Service was good and our orders arrived in about 10 minutes. The steaks were cooked correctly, the broccoli was great, but the potatoes were cold!
