This is such a wonderful Hidden Gem in Gadsden! This delightful cafe is located inside the Gadsden Public Library to the right and then to the back, behind the stacks. I went for a friend's birthday party and was simply wowed by everything that was served on the buffet. The macaroni and cheese was absolutely the best I have ever eaten! It is vastly superior to the macaroni and cheese at Frank Sttits's Bottega Restaurant in Birmingham, which is still delicious of course, but Beautiful Rainbow's is better! There was also an incredibly fresh salad, and it is my understanding that all of the vegetables used here are produced by local farms, including one that is right across the street! The vinaigrette was so flavorful and fresh and made fresh in-house. There was a carrot cake that incredibly moist and decadent, with the richest, but not too sweet, icing. There were also wonderful teas and lemonade. I cannot recommend this place more; this is a must for when you want a fabulous lunch in downtown Gadsden!

Wonderful space for small event. Greatly admire staff strides in work skill and ethics.
This was recommended for lunch when I was in Gadsden having a medical appointment. It is wonderful, the food is delicious, prices are fair and it made for a delightful lunch. More people in Alabama should know about it.

Went to visit an old friend yesterday in Gadsden Alabama. Chip was my son's babysitter in the 80s when we lived in Tuscaloosa. Heard about the Cafe and his work and wanted to visit. We had a lovely lunch and visited with Chip, his staff and two other former babysitters who came from Huntsville and Harstelle AL. We drove there and back in one day and throughly enjoy our few hours together. The cafe is great. All vegan and all planted, grown and cooked by the students. Stop in and visit, enjoy lunch and check out books all at the same place. The cafe is inside Gadsden's library. Like Arnold Schwarzenegger said, "I'll be back".

Awesome fresh food, excellent and friendly service. Great menu! Don't let the library address fool you. Go in the library entrance and follow the arrows to the right. You won't be disappointed. Even if you are not vegan/vegetarian you will love it! I absolutely love the people working there and their mission. Will definitely return when we return to Gadsden.

There could not be a better name for this restaurant. I wish I had not have waited so long to visit for the first time. The cafe operates in the back of the Gadsden Public Library. Everything is fresh and the vegetables they raise. The menu is a combination of comfort food and unique recipes all created by the owner. The cafe is a vocational training site for the Gadsden city school system to help train young adults with significant cognitive abilities to succeed in the workforce. My experience today was just like the name says... beautiful. You must go and visit.
