One of the hidden gems of Gadsden. Great location with amazing views of the river from the bar seating area. Great drinks. And the boils are the best, better than juicy crab any day. Certain nights, they offer all you can eat crab legs, but you better get there early because they fill up fast.
Seems that they have a habit of running out of food and the equipment is always broken. Service was very slow, had to wait over 15 minutes just to cash out. Tried it once but very doubtful we will return.

Now THIS is the way food should be cooked and eaten. Spices belong in dishes, not collecting dust on a shelf and this place does it right. Drove an hour to celebrate my 42nd birthday with my family and was not disappointed in the least.Please don't leave without putting that delicious gumbo in your face. Steampots were fantastic and that fried shrimp is what you've been missing. Take my word...leave here fat and sassy the way it was intended.We will be back. We will bring others.
We ate there on 1/27/24. Party of 3. The water tasted bad. The food (fries) tasted like they had been previously cooked & warmed up. The shrimp was tough & the place wasn't very clean. Will not eat there again.
