Store won’t stand behind a messed up order. Ordered fish got chicken when I got home. Manager hung up 3 times. Then told me to bring back for correction. However when I did he had changed his mind. Said he owed me nothing . Won’t ever be a customer there again. Feel like they don’t want customers. I was only asking for correct food, not a refund.

I went through the drive through and ordered Fish and Shrimp and Cheese sticks. Menu says your suppose to get 2 pieces of fish, I received 1. My fries tasted like they had been there the day before. We were not greeted at the window but instead was asked so rudely what sauces we wanted. My husband tells him and he proceeds to shut the window. When we received our order and again nothing! Shuts the window. Surely we aren’t training this way. There wasn’t “ Have a nice Day” welcome to Captains D’s Nothing! Thank you was never spoken! This is unacceptable! Do better with training your employees. Some have no training at home either.

Was not sure if should had ate my food but I did. I noticed after I had already started eating that there had been coleslaw in my container. Obviously, because there was pieces of it still there and in my okra. I fiqured whoever fixed my meal accidently put coleslaw and just raked it out. Since I could not take it back to Captin D's, I went ahead and ate. It was all good. But that Is not a thing to do.

Thank you Chanel ( sorry if I’m spelling wrong) for giving such great customer service!! The staff was having a very rough opening today! Chanel greeted us at the drive-thru window with a smile and a funny joke!! We had to wait for our food for about 5 minutes, and she gave us some complimentary sides for being patient. Nice thing to do! We will be backVegetarian options: Nice veggie options
