We came in for ice cream tonight at 8:55pm, the ice cream was pretty good. However, the young man who took our order was scratching/popping pimples on his face and actually checked his fingers after doing so. Then proceeds to make a shake for a customer and not wash his hands. We requested he wash his hands before preparing ours. I have never been so disappointed in Dairy Queen. I have never been given tiny sundaes before. They have always been good til today. The girl yelled at me. Saying it should be smaller. And was rude then kicked me out. The other girl was super sweet and understanding didn't get her

I just have to complain about the red velvet shake, it has a terrible aftertaste, and if there is a cake piece I didn’t find it. We usually go to Boaz theirs is just so much better, but that 20 miles away from me.
