I wasn't to thrilled about the robot taking the phone call for my carry out order she couldn't understand me at all/ but went through drive through very nice employee/ the pizza was perfect thanks so much !!

Sat at the window for 10 minutes for no one to give good customer service to say “we’ll be right with you”. I told the lady inside, she said they were busy, I see that you’re busy with 2 customers that ordered after me, but tell them customer you’ll be right with them instead of ignoring you. It’s absolutely sad we can’t have people who display good customer service. After years of using this location, it’s just sad they still don’t care and are just as bad as the other locations in town.

The guy who worked that night was very friendly and nice giving me a smile and acknowledging me which just never happens at Domino's..Usually the food is really good but the past 3 times I've ordered something it's not been so good.. guess it's time to go somewhere else..
Delivery drivers are lazy with contact less Delivery will leave and cancel orders and when you call they hang up instead of helping. Get your pizza elsewhere. Food is good customer service not so much.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered my food at 8:30 for a pinpoint delivery. It said at 9:17 it was out of the oven for the quality check. At 9:50, still not out for delivery, I called to check. If they were short I was going to just go and pick up the food to keep it from getting cold. The assistant manager of the location answered the phone and said that he had mine out on delivery. I waited until 10:17 before trying to call again. No answer. Decided to just drive to the location and get my refund since the food would be cold at this point.I walked in to a delivery driver about to walk out the door with my order. I was going to just get the delivery fee back and tip, but he was EXTREMELY rude and said since it was a pin point delivery they didn’t even have to bring it anyways. Im not from here and did not have an address to provide for the location we were fishing at, only 7 minutes away from the store. I told them to just refund my money. He said the assistant manager would have to help me with this. She continued to make pizzas for approx 10 minutes before finally coming to assist me. While waiting A ROACH comes out from where the PIZZA dough is sitting. She did not speak other than answering that she was the person who I spoke to on the phone and told me my order was out for delivery, and confirmed she was not the store manager but the assistant. Pictures of the roach crawling into one of their delivery bags attached.I do not leave negative reviews, but in all my years of ordering from anywhere this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had.

I’m glad to know that Jess girl isn’t working she was so hatful and lied about the oven being “cleaned” an hour and half before closing AND denied making my order when it was incorrect even when I asked if I could pick up. Y’all need to keep an eye on some of your drivers I overheard an employee talking about spitting in customers food when they don’t tip or “forgetting” what they paid for. Service is. Bit slow but I know your doing your best A sweet girl helped me all the time by remaking my order when I asked for her. Chicken spinach is my favorite on that thin crustGreat atmosphere unless they’re busy but they can’t help that. I cant remember for the life on me what the blonde girl name was!!! I hope she hadn’t left I use to go to Glencoe when she was there m.She was always kind annd quick and told me was being moved there when I went to gadsden over all y’all have the best food and I will always be there until proven otherwise

Order took 2 hours to be delivered for just 2 pizzas and breadsticks. Tried to call and pick it up ourselves but they wouldn’t answer the phone. Delivery driver wouldn’t even leave the car, had to come out to them to get the food. Not the first time something like this happened with this location either. Last time we had items missing and they wouldn’t give us a refund. Never ordering from this location ever again.
