We visited your store about 1:30 pm December 17,2023. To start with there were many cigarette butts outside the door. The floors were dirty, especially the corners, the dining tables needed wiping. I got napkins and got water from soda station to clean my table. The soda station was dirty. Food...fries were good. Chicken fingers are way too small. More crust than chicken.

Order was completely wrong, and part of order not included. Mushroom Swiss burger didn't have Swiss or gravy. BLT w grilled chicken had boiled chicken.
This is the most horrible place I've been to in a while! I waited 20 minutes and nobody offered to take my order. When an employee and manager were standing by the register I simply said are y'all ready now? They looked at me as if I had lost my mind and stupid. I left and a few others followed.

Stopped in Gadsen, Ala. For breakfast while on 127 Yard Sale, it was all good from service to food. The one thing lacking was housekeeping, shut down early and clean your floors and tables.

The staff was literally arguing over who would make our food. When they finally figured out some of it, the shake was only half full, literally, and then they slammed the other shake onto the counter, spilling it out of the top. They then forgot to get the ice cream and argued over that, and by the time it came, it was dripping all over the place, and not something we could give to our child without cleaning it up first. I'm not sure where management was this evening, but they need to reconsider the choice of staff they have working at this place unsupervised. Some of the worst services in a long time I received
