I went this morning and was given the wrong order, I went back and called because the line was long and the woman acted rude and didn't want to send anyone out to give me the right order. They finally did and the order was wrong again, I asked the girl if I should just get back in line and order again since they didn't know my order and she couldn't remember, she said I would have to pay again if I got in line. She finally brought me the right food after 3 times of it being wrong and when I got home I still didn't have my full order. I won't be coming back again and hopefully others have better experiences than me.

Jack's in Hokes Bluff is always great! We usually go in the morning, but anytime we go the food and service is great and it's never overcrowded. Good place to sit down and have a good meal with family or friends ?.

My food was NOT cooked the way I requested and when I took it back to the manager for the second time he got REALLY rude with me in front of other customers. He got my food right nor did he offer to refund my money. As long as this man is the manager of that store and treats customers like that,you will lose a lot of customers. I will not return there as long as he is there,there is no excuse for his actions. I worked in the food service for over 20 years and this kind of treatment is unexceptable. I really enjoy Jacks food,I will continue to eat at Jack's just not this one.

Stopped by this morning on my way to Birmingham. Went inside because drive through was to crowded, in a hurry I placed a small simple order to go… I ordered a sausage biscuit add cheese, a sausage biscuit was taken out from under the warmer (where they had premade 10+ of 5 or 6 different type biscuits to place under the warmer, to have “ready”… a cold slice of cheese was placed on an already cold biscuit! I got bk out to my car, realized this had to go bk in, then they placed it into the microwave and over heated it!!! NASTY!!!!

When you get a biscuit and gravy expect your gravy to be inside the bag all over everything. Carried it back inside to remake it. Now they have screwed the order up. Order was for plain gravy they replaced it with sausage gravy. Tried to call them to make it right. The phone was picked up nothing said and after 15 minutes hung up.Never going back for breakfast again!!! How can you screw up something so simple?????

One car had a large order and it took longer than it should have to get out.Parking: There always seems to be ample parking at Jacks.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is available and usually there is a space available. The ramp is right next to the parking spots.The only problem for wheelchair bound individuals is actually getting in the door.
