Went today for lunch, the food was good, service was good as well. Unfortunately, the bathroom was HORRIBLE. Flies all over the walls. I know I counted at least 12/13...honestly stuck to the wall.Due to this, I will not visit again. It was disgusting.

The food is usually good and the service is always nice and friendly. They do frequently mess up orders.They make eggs to order in the morning. REAL eggs. When they get your order right, it's the best breakfast in town for a GREAT price.

Change is good for a lot of things but the kids size scrambler for a large now is ridiculous and those ghost pepper wings 20 bucks for 10 get real not to mention no one can eat the darn things all in up in the trash. I don't dine inside so can't comment on that but drive thru is 30 to 40 minutes

I usually love Krystal but tonight just did not do it for me. We ordered through DoorDash because my husband is an over the road truck driver and has been up for over 24 hours so he didn’t want to get out of the house if he didn’t have to. We got our food and the large fry was barely half full, we ordered no mayo on his chik and of course it had mayo, and my Roadie Coke was basically just carbonated water. I was livid. My husband had to go because we have 2 babies. Now, granted, he could’ve went about correcting them a little differently, but after being awake that long and all he wanted was a chik, I understand his frustration. I’ve worked at the Rainbow City location back when it was still open and let me tell you, that was the easiest job I’ve ever had. It’s not hard to read a ticket. After tonight, I won’t be ordering there again. Just absolutely ridiculous. Now, I will say that I apologize for how my husband went about it, but again, it’s not hard to make food correctly the first time.
Went through the drive thru. The service was fair. Ordered 2 drinks and got only 1 straw. But the food was good.
